The short version: shipping is free and tracked, the price already includes import duties and taxes, and most orders arrive in about 10 business days. Allow 7 to 24 days depending on where you live.
Where the Bilby ships from
The Bilby is made by our manufacturing partner, Famue, and ships directly from their warehouse in China. When you order, we place the order with them on your behalf and they send it straight to you. Your parcel may have the manufacturer’s name on it.
Where we ship to
We ship to Australia, the United States and most other countries. If we cannot ship to your address, we will tell you within two business days and refund you in full.
Cost
- Shipping is free on every order, including microSD cards.
- Import duties, customs charges and taxes for your country are included in the price you pay at checkout.
- If a carrier or customs office ever asks you to pay anything on delivery, do not pay it. Contact us and we will sort it out.
Delivery times
- Most orders arrive in about 10 business days.
- Allow 7 to 24 days in total, depending on your country and the carrier.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks and public holidays can add a few days.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We email you the tracking link as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Late or missing parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 24 days of dispatch, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier. If it cannot be found, we send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to the manufacturer because the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery can take a while, because the parcel has to make its way back first.
Returns
You have 90 days to return the Bilby for any reason, and return shipping is free. See our returns and refunds policy.
