Bilby is a small Brisbane business, run by me, Luke. I’m a dad of two.
Why a music player
My kids wanted their music all the time, and the only way to give it to them was to hand over a phone. That meant everything else a phone comes with. I wanted something that just played their music, worked without a signal, and didn’t need another subscription.
Who makes it
It’s made by Famue, an electronics manufacturer in China. I’ve been distributing them around the world for a few years now, and I’ve written all the guides requested by parents like the setup guide that turns it into a music-only device.
How your order works
When you order here, Famue will ship it straight to you, tracked. That’s why delivery takes 7 to 24 days, and why the box may have Famue’s name on it. The price includes shipping, duties and taxes. Full details are on the shipping page.
What I look after
Every order, email and return comes to me. If something goes wrong, I sort it out with Famue so you don’t have to. You get 90 days to return it for any reason, and return shipping is free. See returns and refunds.
